Key considerations to run your own bar for your party/wedding/community event with ease!
pre-event
Location: Is the bar indoors or outdoors? If outdoors, do you need cover for rain?
Access: If you require our beer trailer, is there space for it to be positioned within 40 metres of the bar?
Storage: Space for stock, ice, and drink chilling?
Pricing: Are drinks free or for sale? Do guests know to bring cash (as card readers may be unavailable)?
Licensing: Does the venue’s license cover the event, or do you need a Temporary Event Notice (TEN)?
Cash - change: Ensure plenty of coins, as guests often bring notes.

Stock & Supplies: Limited menu or a wide range? Would you like to buy stock yourself or us to provide stock on ‘sale or return’?
Staffing: Will you require us to provide staff for the event, or will you run it yourself?
Staffing: At least two bartenders for 40+ guests, increasing to three for 100 guests.
Guest Count: How many attendees? Mostly drinking adults or a mix of children and drivers?
Cups: Will you organise this or us?
Bar Structure: This will be determined based on the numbers of anticipated attendees.
Fridges: Will you need to hire fridges?
Essentials: Do you have bottle openers, ice buckets, chopping boards, and spirit measures?
End-of-Event Checklist
Cleanup: Do you have enough hands to pack up?
Stock Storage: Depends
Sober Driver: Does someone need to stay sober for transport?
